Workouts

Our workouts are geared toward high school rostered ballplayers and incoming freshmen who plan to tryout/ play for their high school team. Sessions typically run no more than two hours in length. Workouts are designed to build confidence through strength and conditioning, rounds and repetitions, and situational awareness.

Game Play

Additional opportunities for game play are scheduled against various teams, schools, and intra-squad to provide game-like repetitions to reinforce good habits, while identifying areas for growth. For the summer 2026 season we have the following opportunities for AthleTX:

Opportunities will arise for players who are prepared for additional competition against teams in central Texas.
