Workouts

Our workouts are geared toward 8th and 9th graders who plan to tryout for their high school team. Sessions typically run no more than two hours in length. Workouts are designed to build strength, skill, and confidence.

Scrimmages

Additional opportunities are scheduled against various teams/ schools to provide game-like reps to reinforce good habits, while identifying areas for growth. When appropriate, plays will be broken down to help players understand the game on a deeper level.

Series/ Tournaments

Opportunities will arise for players who are prepared for additional competition against teams in central Texas.
